General Home Inspection

A general home inspection involves a thorough examination of a home, where I will find and report any safety hazards that could put you or your loved ones in danger. I will also look for any structural defects and identify if they are major or minor. I will do a thorough examination on the following major systems:

  • Roofing

  • Exterior (windows, doors, siding, soffits, facias and gutters)

  • Structural

  • Crawlspace and Foundation

  • Basement

  • Interior

  • Attic

  • Insulation/Ventilation

  • Decks and Balconies

  • Fire places

  • Heating System

  • Cooling System

  • Plumbing System

  • Electrical System

  • Attached Garage

A typical inspection will last 2-3 hours (depending on size and age of home) and I will have a full report using Spectora software with pictures and videos to you within 24 hours.
