  • Up to 2,000 sq ft                     $349

  • 2,001 - 3,000 sq ft                    $379

  • 3,001 - 4,000 sq ft                    $429

  • 4,001 - 5,000 sq ft                    $499

  • 5,001 - 6,000 sq ft                    $549

  • 6,001 - 7,500 sq ft                    $749

  • 7,501 - 10,000 sq ft                   $949

Commercial Inspections

 

Pricing on commercial properties will vary depending upon the scope of the inspection. Here are 3 methods that I will use:

 

  • Percentage of the sale price (1-2%) - This method will be used on extremely large projects, which will include large office buildings, shopping centers, and manufacturing centers. This price includes bringing in experts and creating an inspection team based upon the entire property.

  • Size of building - There are several different subsets within that cost. 

    • Warehouse space                $0.06 per sq ft

    • Office space                          $0.10 per sq ft

    • Manufacturing facility          $0.14 per sq ft

  • Flat fee - Common on similar projects or consistent types of projects.
